Returns & Exchanges
At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unwashed, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a return request.
Print Return Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the provided prepaid shipping label or use the QR code sent to your email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original condition and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
